Refund Policy

For a full refund, it is important that you always return the product unworn in its original condition with associated labels and the like (as far as is reasonably possible). You may of course try on the products.

Money Back? We will refund you the full purchase amount (provided no sale) including any standard shipping costs for the outward shipment as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. If you only return part of your order, the shipping costs will remain at your own expense. Shipping costs for returning the products are always at your own expense.

Terugbetalingsbeleid

Voor volledige terugbetaling is het van belang dat je het product altijd ongedragen terugstuurt in de originele staat met bijbehorende labels en dergelijke (voor zover redelijkerwijs mogelijk is). U mag de producten uiteraard wel passen.

Geld terug? Wij betalen je het volledige aankoopbedrag (mits geen sale) inclusief eventuele standaard verzendkosten voor de heenzending zo snel mogelijk, uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen nadat je hebt aangegeven van de overeenkomst af te zien, terug.

Wij mogen wachten met terugbetaling tot wij de goederen hebben teruggekregen, of u heeft aangetoond dat u de goederen heeft teruggezonden, al naar gelang welk tijdstip eerst valt. Mocht je slechts een deel van je bestelling retourneren, dan blijven de verzendkosten voor eigen rekening. Verzendkosten voor het retourneren van de producten zijn altijd voor eigen rekening.
